ABSTRACT
Tourism in Indonesia continues to grow in various regions. Riau Province is one of the
provinces in Indonesia that continues to develop the tourism sector. The diversity of
customs, culture and natural beauty can attract tourists to visit. Bengkalis Regency is
one of the regencies in Riau which has various natural tourist destinations. With an
area of 8,426 km², there is a lot of tourism potential, both natural and cultural. One of
the beaches that has tourism potential is in Sepahat Village. Sepahat Beach, which is
one of the beach tourism destinations in Bengkalis Regency, does not yet have adequate
facilities for visiting tourists. One of the facilities needed is lodging facilities so that
tourists can visit longer. For this reason, resort facilities are needed on Sepahat Beach
with a Coastal Architecture approach equipped with supporting facilities. This also
affects the economy of the community around Sepahat Village Beach.
