Analisis Efektivitas Mesin Screw Press Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee) Dan Penentuan Waktu Perawatan Komponen Mesin Screw Press (Studi Kasus Ptpn V Sei. Galuh)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the production process at the press station using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and determine the maintenance time for screw press machine components in the case study of PTPN V Sei. Galuh. OEE is a method used to measure machine availability, performance and quality. Then, this research was continued with the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) methods to determine the maintenance time interval for screw press machine components. Analysis over a period of one month obtained an average OEE value for screw press 1 of 72.65%, screw press 2 of 72.95%, the OEE value of the two screw press machines was still below the OEE word class standard, namely 85.4%. Based on the analysis of the Six Big Losses, it is known that the factors that affect the low OEE value on both machines are idling & minor stoppage losses, in screw press 1 with an average loss of 2.10%, screw press 2 of 1.70%. The maintenance time interval for engine components obtained from MTTF and MTTR calculations where maintenance time for engine drive shaft components 1 and 2 is 14 days and 16 days, worm screw maintenance time is 14 days, bearing maintenance time is 16 days and 14 days, the oil seal treatment time is 20 days and 14 days, and the press cage treatment time is 13 days.
