Penilaian Kinerja Sistem Drainase Perkotaan Di Daerah Aliran Sungai Senapelan
ABSTRACT
Population density and relatively increasing population growth have an impact on the environment and changes in land use. The rapid uncontrolled development of built-up land areas is often not in accordance with the concept of spatial planning and the concept of sustainable development so that it will cause standing water or flooding which can disrupt the activities of the community in terms of health, social and economy. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of the drainage system in the Senapelan River Basin. The approach method used is based on Ministerial Regulation No. 12 of 2014 and the Material Book on Drainage II, Dissemination and Dissemination of Engineering in the Field of PLP, PPLP Directorate General of Human Settlement, Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia with regard to physical indicators including physical infrastructure data (5 sub-indicators), drainage system infrastructure functions (6 sub-indicators) , operational conditions and infrastructure maintenance (3 sub-indicators). Non-physical indicators of drainage include regulations and institutions (3 sub-indicators), development management (8 sub-indicators) and local government efforts to encourage community/private participation (6 sub-indicators). The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the performance of the drainage system in the Senapelan River Basin resulted in a total value of 7812 points belonging to the Adequate assessment criteria. This is due to the low rating on physical indicators that have sufficient value, which have a greater weight rating than non-physical indicators. So the performance of the urban drainage system in the Senapelan River Basin needs to be improved, especially on the physical indicators of the drainage system so that the drainage system can function optimally.
