DESCRIPTION OF FEMALE SEXUAL AROUSAL DYSFUNCTION IN UROLOGICAL PATIENTS

Female Sexual Arousal Dysfunction (FSAD) is a woman's persistent or recurrent inability to attain or maintain arousal until completion of sexual activity. Assessment of arousal function using the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI). The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of FSAD in urologic patients. The research design was descriptive cross-sectional study conducted from October 2022 to January 2023 at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital Riau Province on 44 samples of urologic patients. The validated questionnaire was completed in 15 minutes during a researcher-led interview. The data were analyzed using univariate analysis and presented as a frequency distribution table. The results of this study found that the highest percentage of FSAD was patients with Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), in 8 patients (80%) and urological malignancy, in 5 patients (80%). The most common age group that suffered from FSAD was 41-60 years, in 25 patients (80.6%). Out of a total of 44 patients examined, 34 (77.3%) suffered from FSAD with an FSFI score of
