Pengaruh Latihan Interval Training Terhadap Daya Tahan Pemain Futsal SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci
Futsal is a sport that demands physical strength such as stamina, speed and agility, as well as mentality and strategy in dealing with opponents. Futsal became popular in Indonesia in early 2000 and in 2014, the Indonesian Futsal Association (AFI) was established as the parent organization for futsal in Indonesia. Then in 2015, AFI changed its name to the Indonesian Futsal Federation (FFI). Bompa and Buzzichelli (2015: 7) say that the components of the physical conditions needed in sports include strength, endurance, speed, coordination, and flexibility. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the endurance of futsal players at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci is still not optimal. This is due to the lack of endurance in the players which is seen during training the athlete feels tired and unable to follow the training program given. Here the authors take a form of endurance training, namely interval training. According to Justinus Lhaksana (2011: 15) Futsal is a combination of various physical component conditions such as endurance, speed, strength, and agility in a relatively long time. Therefore, it is important to develop all of these components in an effort to improve physical conditions. One component that needs to be developed is durability. Therefore, the title of this research problem is "The Effect of Interval Training on the Endurance of Futsal Players at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci". In this study, the researcher used a one group pretest-posttest design. where in this design there is a pre-test and post-test before and after being given treatment. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Jl. Maharaja Indra, Pangkalan Kerinci, from August 2021 to October 2022. The population in this study were all futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci using a total sampling technique with a total of 12 people. Instruments and data collection techniques in this study used the Bleep Test exercise, data analysis techniques used the normality test and t test. Based on the analysis carried out, the tcount between the initial test and the posttest of interval training on endurance shows a figure of 3,735. Furthermore, the value obtained is compared with the ttable at the significant interval training level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom N - 1 (11) it turns out to show the number 1,796. It can be concluded that interval training exercises affect the endurance of futsal players at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci needed to support the frequency while doing exercises to increase endurance
