ET REPERTUM QUALITY ON INVESTIGOR SATISFACTION IN
CLINICAL FORENSICS AT BHAYANGKARA HOSPITAL, PEKANBARU

Doctors have a duty in law enforcement in the form of medical examinations
of living and dead victims and provide information according to their expertise to
law enforcement. This study aims to determine the correlation of service quality,
waiting time, and Visum et Repertum quality to investigator satisfaction in clinical
forensics at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru. The design of this study is
quantitative analysis with data obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form
of a Google Form (G-Form) to police investigators in the working area of the
Pekanbaru Resort Police. In this study there were 4 assessment instruments, namely
police investigator satisfaction (Y), service quality (X1), waiting time (X2), and VeR
quality (X3). Each instrument has several indicators and each indicator will be
represented by 1-2 statements that will ask for opinions or perceptions from
respondents. Measurement on the questionnaire using a Likert scale of five scores
ranging from a score of 1 (strongly disagree) to a score of 5 (strongly agree). This
study has a total sample of 205 people. The results of this study indicate that there
is a correlation between service quality, waiting time, and quality of Visum et
Repertum on investigator satisfaction in clinical forensics at Bhayangkara Hospital
Pekanbaru.
