ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at PT. Bara Prima Pratama Site Batu Ampar. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of training programs and the implementation of occupational safety and health on the work productivity of field employees at PT. Bara Prima Pratama Site Batu Ampar. Training programs and occupational safety and health as independent variables (X) while work productivity as dependent variables (Y). The problem in this study is that employee work productivity has experienced fluctuating figures, namely not achieving company targets for the last 5 years, accompanied by a large number of employees who have experienced work accidents as seen from company data and supported by expert opinions. The sample of this study was taken as many as 77 respondents from 331 populations calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the questionnaire results were distributed using a questionnaire using a simple random sampling technique and then processed to be tested with statistics through SPSS 22. From the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the training program has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, where the calculation = 9,050 > ttabel = 1.665 and sig 0.000 < 0.05, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, where the calculation = 9,944> ttabel = 1.665and sig 0.000 < 0.05, then the training program and the application of occupational safety and health to work productivity, where the calculation (60,223) > ftable (3.12) and significance value (0.000) < 0.05.
