ABSTRAK One important factor in a marketing concept is consumer satisfaction. in this case a the background of this research. A comfortable store atmosphere and good service quality that consumers appreciate are the most important factors supporting customer satisfaction. So this strategy is implemented by Er Coffee Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on Er Coffee Pekanbaru consumer satisfaction (Study on Er Coffee Pekanbaru Consumers). The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative, with primary data and secondary data as sources of data. The analytical method used in this study is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and by testing the validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained were that Store Atmosphere (X1) had a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) and Service Quality (X2) had a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and Store Atmosphere (X1), and Service Quality (X2), positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Er Coffee Pekanbaru.
