Pengaruh Rotasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Melalui Komitmen Karyawan Tetap Milenial Divisi Pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Bagian Kantor PT. Hutama Karya (Persero)
This study aims to analyze the effect of job rotation and work environment
on employee commitment, the effect of job rotation and work environment on
morale, the effect of employee commitment to morale, and the effect of job
rotation and work environment on work morale mediated by employee
commitment. The population of this study was permanent employees born in the
year 1980-1996 at the Toll Road Development Division of PT. Hutama Karya
(Persero) Trans Sumatra has as many as 87 permanent employees as part of the
millennial generation office. The sample used was all of the employees that is 87
people.
The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the
data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used
in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of the study
show that job rotation and work environment affect employee commitment.
Furthermore, the results of the study show that job rotation and work environment
affect employee morale. Commitment has an effect on work morale. Moreover,
work rotation and work environment affect employee morale through
commitment.
