Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Jasa Terhadap Keputusan Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Indihome Di Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effects of
service marketing mix on customer decisions and satisfaction. The population in
this study were 310 Indihome customers in Bengkalis Regency using a
questionnaire. In this study, the probability sampling technique was used. The
sampling was carried out by determining the number of samples in this study using
the Isaac and Michael tables from certain populations with a level of 10% so that
the sample became 145 respondents. The results in this study say that the service
marketing mix has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, meaning that the
better the marketing mix strategy produced and implemented by Indihome, the
purchasing decisions will also increase.
Customer purchasing decisions at Indihome are relatively strong. From the
research results it is known that purchasing decisions have a positive effect on
customer satisfaction, meaning that the stronger the customer purchasing decisions
at Indihome, the customer satisfaction will increase. And the results of purchasing
decisions are able to strengthen the influence of service marketing mix on customer
satisfaction.
