Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru
Every agency is often faced with problems regarding the performance of
its employees. Every leader in the agency will always strive so that every activity
carried out achieves maximum results and is carried out effectively and
efficiently. In order to achieve the desired level of effectiveness and efficiency, the
agency must have a good work system or have good performance. Therefore, the
success of an organization depends on the good or bad performance of the
organization. Where the performance of an organization depends on the
performance of its employees who are the motor for the running of an
organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation
and incentives on employee performance. In this study, the sample used was 62
people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while
the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique
used in this study is data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression.
The findings of this study show that leadership has a significant effect on
employee performance. Leadership can determine the level of employee
performance, the better the leadership, the performance will increase. Motivation
has a significant effect on employee performance, meaning that employee
motivation can determine performance, so the better the motivation, the higher
the performance. Incentives have a significant effect on employee performance,
meaning that employee incentives can determine performance, so that the higher
the incentive, the performance will decrease, on the contrary, the lower the
incentives, the performance will increase. Together, leadership, motivation and
incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. This suggests that
leadership, motivation and incentives can determine employee performance
levels. The better the leadership, motivation and incentives, the performance will
increase.
