ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer loyalty in the Sop Tunjang Dwi Group Lirik, Indragiri Hulu. This research method is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The population in this study were consumers of Sop Tunjang Dwi Group Lirik, Indragiri Hulu with a total sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data source comes from primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and tested statistically using the SPSS program as well as secondary data in the form of sales and consumer data on the Sop Tunjang Dwi Group Lirik, Indragiri Hulu. The analytical method used is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, with the use of validity and reliability tests. In this study, the results obtained are service quality (X1) has a significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y), pricing (X2) has a significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y) Service quality (X1) and pricing (X2) have a joint effect on consumer loyalty (Y) in the tunjang soup of the dwi group of lyrics, Indragiri Hulu.
