Survey Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Sepak Bola Di SMPN 2 Rambatan Kecamatan Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar
Extracurricular activities are activities carried out outside of regular school hours. In terms of extracurricular activities, especially extracurricular programs that emphasize meeting students' needs are an important component in the learning process. It is impossible to separate extracurricular and extracurricular activities. Even extracurricular activities are expansions, additions, or strengthening of intracurricular activities that aim to channel students' talents or encourage their growth to the fullest (Wiranata et al., 2020).
However, soccer extracurricular activities at SMP N 2 Rambatan are still far from expectations due to the lack of student commitment to the sport. Students still play with friends when teachers and trainers provide material and training programs, students also tend to make this activity a place to play and few students take part in extracurricular football activities at SMP N 2 Rambatan causing students to be lazy to practice, according to the results of observations and researcher interviews with sports teacher at SMPN 2 Rambatan. During the activity, students are also still not serious about following the training program provided by the teacher or coach. In addition, students are still playing with
Support from students' parents is also important in persuading students to take part in extracurricular soccer. Because parents are often afraid that their child will get injured while playing sports, some parents prefer their child to attend lessons rather than soccer practice. Likewise, the environment around you will have a significant impact, such as being persuaded or invited by friends to choose a different field of study for extracurricular activities.
Students collide with each other and generally will join friends in choosing which extracurricular section to choose, as well as assignments educators/managers who have not implemented well, this can be seen from the presence of assistants/controllers alternately. The instructor is late in the field at a predetermined plan and during training hours the mentor often does things differently and leaves students practicing without direction.
This problem can also be caused by the absence of facilities that impede the successful implementation of soccer extracurricular training activities, such as a lack of practice fields and student equipment. Each student still bears the cost of the training equipment needed to continue practicing. In addition, one of the things that made extracurricular activities less attractive to students was that the field used for field practice did not belong to SMP 2 Rambatan, the training equipment was still inadequate, and the practice site was not adequate which was quite far from the student's residence.
