Penggunaan Model Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas X Multimedia 2 SMK Negeri 1 Rimba Melintang
The use of the jigsaw cooperative model to increase students’motivation to study
history has several objetives in this his study, as follows: to determine student
motivation before using the jigsaw cooperative model. In history lessons. To find
out teacher activities after using the jigsaw type cooperative model when learning
history. To find out student activities knowing teacher activities and student
activities after using the jigsaw cooperative model during history lessons. The
research obtained on students’ learning motivation before applying the jigsaw
cooperative model when learing history was 42.22% in the very low category.
Teacher activity in cyle 1 was 85.71% is very good. Experienced an increase in
cyle 2, namely 91.07%. student activity in cyle 1 53.82% good category, there is
an increase in cyle 2 88.42% very good category. And has achieved a succes
indicator of 70%. Students’ learning motivation in studying history using the
jigsaw cooperative model in cyle 1 was 53.24%, there was an icrease in cyle 2,
namely 85.46%. the conclusion based on the resuls of the research above is that
students’ motivation in learning has achieved a predetermined succes indicator
75%.
