Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Pt. Rifansi Dwi Putra Balik Papan
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and discipline on motivation to determine the influence of organizational climate and discipline on employee performance. To find out the effect of motivation on employee performance. The influence of organizational climate on employee performance through motivation and knowing the influence of discipline on employee performance through motivation. In this study, the population is all employees at pt. Rivansi dwi putra balik papan is 108 employees. While the sample used was 108 people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Good support given to employees by providing appropriate benefits will make employee motivation increase. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation. This means that the better the discipline, the more employee motivation will increase. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the organizational climate, the more employee performance will increase. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
Every employee always gets support will obey all the rules that have been set by the company. This means that the better the discipline, the more employee performance will increase. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the level of motivation, the employee performance will increase. This means that the better the motivation will make employee performance will increase. Organizational climate positively and significantly affects employee performance through motivation. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, meaning that good discipline is followed by work motivation, then employee performance will increase.
