Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Driver Taxi Online (Studi Kasus Gocar Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
GoCar is an online transportation service from a technology company from Indonesia that only provides public transport transportation service applications, namely Gojek. Through this application various services are available including GoCar which is a transportation service using cars to carry passengers. Growth of taxi transportation servicesonline GoCar in Pekanbaru, which is so fast and has succeeded in recruiting many workers as drivers, has become a phenomenon that needs attention. In some ways the system and its use are quite easy and can be accessed by most people so that it helps facilitate people's access to travel. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility, especially transportationonline GoCar in the city of Pekanbaru, so that it can be used as a note and reference for people who want to join partners from PT Gojek Indonesia, especially GoCar. In this research conducted in 9 strategic locations around Pekanbaru as many as 80 respondents. The data needed is operational costs starting from fixed costs, variable costs and other costs (overhead costs), as well as calculating investment using 5 analytical methods, namely BEP to find out the main return point, PBP to determine the length of time for returning investment or business funds, and IRR, NPV, BCR are used to determine the feasibility of the GoCar business. The results obtained from the due diligence for scenario p (main work) is the average IRR value of7%, the average NPV value is: Rp. 361,972,549. BCR average value of 2.58, value The obtained BCR is greater than 1. For side jobs, the results obtained are an average IRR value of 6.35%the average NPV value is: Rp.218,080,146. BCR average value 1.76, the BCR value obtained is greater than 1.Based on financial analysis through these 5 methods, businessDriver GoCar was declared unfit to run.
