This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and work stress have on the job satisfaction of nurses at Bangkinang Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires and given to 109 research respondents. Of the 109 questionnaires distributed, the questionnaires that were only returned to the researchers and those that were only filled in completely were a total of 80 questionnaires. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were then tested with the SPSS 26 program. The results of the tests conducted showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction.
