This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) programs and incentives on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population and sample in this study are all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru, as many as 65 employees. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression equations with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of tests carried out simultaneously showed that the K3 and incentive variables together had a significant effect on performance. The results showed that K3 had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru, and incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru.
