ABSTRACT
This final project discusses the creation of learning media in the form of theory in the learning system of the Job Training Institute (LPK) Pabrik Cerdas CommIT Pekanbaru which is made multimedia-based. The goal is to increase participants' learning motivation in the learning process in the form of theory and make it easier for participants to understand the learning material. Learning media for participants of LPK Pabrik Cerdas CommIT Pekanbaru focuses on learning materials for two classes, namely the advertising class and the content creator class. Learning media for LPK Pabrik Cerdas CommIT Pekanbaru participants was created using the Adobe Animate CC 2017 application using the Actionscript 3.0 programming language. The design of this application uses storyboards, flowcharts, and navigation structures. The navigation structure used in the design of this application is hierarchi navigation structure. The material presented in the learning media for participants of LPK Pabrik Cerdas CommIT Pekanbaru was made in various forms such as video, picture, and text. This application is also equipped with learning indicators and profiles from LPK Pabrik Cerdas CommIT Pekanbaru and information related to the application.
