Pengaruh Socially Responsible Investment Terhadap Cost Of Capital Pada Perusahaan Jasa Sektor Properti, Konstruksi Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Periode 2016-2020

ABSTRACT
The aims of this research is to examine the effect of Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) towards the Cost of Capital (COC) of the company. The population in this research are service company sector property, construction and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2016- 2020, totaling 62 companies. The research method used in this study is explanatory research which aims to test the effect between variabels through testing hypotheses used quantitative data. In this research used secondary data collected by website www.idx.co.id and annual report of company. Sampling using purposive sampling method, and obtained 285 data from 57 companies in each period. This research used linear regression analysis using IBM Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) application to analyze data. The results of research showed that Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) have no impact on the Cost of Capital (COC) used firm size as control variabel. Cost of Capital in this researchs measured by Weight Average Cost of Capital (WACC). Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) measured by JSE Limited SRI Index 2019 and firm size measured by total assets, total sales, total employees and market capitalization.
