ABSTRACT
This study aims to prove the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment onturnover intention employees simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were employees of PT United Tractors Tbk Pekanbaru Branch, totaling 56 employees. As for the research sample, namely by using a saturated sample or taking the entire research population. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the help of the statistical program SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the F test influence transformational leadership and organizational commitment toturnover intention employees, namely F count (22.131) > F table (3.17), meaning that transformational leadership and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect onturnover intention employee. The results of the study show that the effect of transformational leadership onturnover intention employees, namely t count (-1.381) < t table (2.00488), meaning that transformational leadership has no significant effect onturnover intention employee. Second, the effect of organizational commitment onturnover intention employees, namely t count (-4.068) > t table (2.00488), meaning that organizational commitment has a significant effect onturnover intention employee.
