This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and work environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT Karimun Sembawang Shipyard. This study uses OSH and Work Environment as independent variables, and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. This research use a descrtiptive and quantitative analysis. The sample for this study was 70 respondents or the entire population using the census method. Data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study showed that K3 at PT Karimun Sembawang Shipyard was in the pretty good category, the work environment was in the good category, and job satisfaction was in the good category. The results of hypothesis testing show that occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Simultaneously occupational health and safety and work environment affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT Karimun Sembawang Shipyard.
