ABSTRACK This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of relationship marketing and product diversity on consumer loyalty at the PM Collection Pekanbaru store. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample of this research is 99 respondents which are 10,800 consumers of PM Collection Pekanbaru. The sample technique used in this study is accidental sampling. The data analysis used in this study was SPSS version XXIII. The results of the study are that relationship marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y), product diversity (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Thus, PM Collection Pekanbaru has paid attention to all the factors that make consumers come back and add more and more complete brands and sizes of products, so that consumers are interested in coming and buying at the PM Collection Pekanbaru.
