ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on performance, perceived organizational support on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction on performance, and perceived organizational support on performance through employee job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in the form of questionnaires collected from respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 74 employees of PT. Artha Veda Pekanbaru using random sampling technique. Data analysis includes the Outer Model, Inner Model and Hypothesis Testing using SmartPLS 4. The results show, (1) there is a significant perceived influence of organizational support on the performance of PT. Artha Veda Pekanbaru, (2) there is a significant influence felt by organizational support on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Artha Veda, (3) there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of PT. Artha Veda, (4) there is a significant influence that is felt by organizational support on performance through job satisfaction of employees of PT. Artha Veda.
