Pengaruh Insentif Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Medis Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Rumah Sakit Surya Insani Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to see the effect of incentives and job satisfaction on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at Surya Insani Hospital, Rokan Hulu District. The population in this study were all medical staff at Surya Insani Rokan Hulu Hospital totaling 63 people. While the sample in this study used certain criteria, namely medical staff with a field of work as midwives and nurses, totaling 63 people. The data analysis method used is path analysis using the SPSS 26 program.
The results of the study show that the incentives provided by the hospital still do not satisfy employees. Then also the level of employee satisfaction is still standard. The motivation and performance of medical personnel are still not optimal. And from the tests conducted it is known that incentives and job satisfaction have a significant effect on motivation and medical performance. Then motivation also mediates the effect of incentives and job satisfaction on the performance of medical personnel. 92.7% of the research model can be explained by the variables used in the study.
