Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Lubuk Jambi Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

ABSTRACT


This research was conducted at the Lubuk Jambi Health Center, Kuantan Mudik District in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of work facilities on employee performance at the Kuantan Mudik District Health Center 2) to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at the Kuantan Mudik 3 District Health Center ) to determine the effect of Work Facilities and discipline on employee performance at the Kuantan Mudik District Health Center. The sample in this study were all civil servants of 46 respondents. The independent variables in this study are work facilities and the dependent variable discipline is employee performance. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that 1) Work facilities variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) Discipline variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y).
