Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Jasa Pengiriman Barang Perusahaan Indah Cargo Di Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine whether Service Quality and Price affect Purchase Decisions at Indah Cargo Company Freight Forwarding Services in Pekanbaru, To find out whether Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decisions at Indah Cargo Company Freight Forwarding Services in Pekanbaru. To find out whether price affects customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at the Indah Cargo Company Freight Forwarding Services in Pekanbaru. To find out whether the Purchase Decision affects Customer Satisfaction at the Indah Cargo Company Freight Forwarding Services in Pekanbaru. The hypothesis testing uses the SPSS Version 25 statistical test tool. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the study are Service Quality and Price have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Purchase decision has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Indirectly Quality of Service through Purchasing Decisions does not have a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction, and indirectly Price through Purchasing Decisions has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction.
