ABSTRACT
Family planning is a movement to form healthy and prosperous families by limiting births. That means planning the number of families with limitations that can be done by using contraceptives or birth control such as condoms, spirals, IUDs, and so on. To improve this quality, we need a system that can collect data on contraceptive user reports. However, the problem found is that the Pekanbaru City Population and Family Planning Office does not yet have such a system. The purpose of this final project is to build a system that can collect, process data and print reports on the results of contraceptive use. The system was designed using UML (Unified Model Language) modeling and using the HTML, PHP, MySQL programming language as a database. This final project produces a website-based information system that can help the Pekanbaru City Population and Family Planning Office obtain information regarding contraceptive users.
