This research aims to (1) To describe K-pop, whether there is an influence on the learning motivation of teenagers in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur sub-district, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. (2) To describe learning motivation, is there an influence of K-pop on the Learning Motivation of Teenagers in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur sub-district, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. (3) To find out how much influence K-pop has on the learning motivation of teenagers in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur sub-district, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency.
This type of research is quantitative, ex-post facto, namely a type of research where the independent variable is an event that has already happened, then traces backwards to find out the factors that could have caused the event. The population in this study were 103 teenagers from RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Subdistrict, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. In taking samples using the Simple Random Sampling method. So, the sample in this study consisted of 82 teenagers in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Subdistrict, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. with an error rate of 5% using the Slovin Formula. Then instrument trials will be carried out on 20 children aged 13-17 years in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Village, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency.
The data collection method in this research uses: (1) observation (2) documentation (3) questionnaire. The research instrument consists of two forms of questionnaire consisting of: 1) Learning Motivation, 2) K-Pop questionnaire. The

research instrument goes through several stages, namely: 1) reviewing all theories related to the variables to be studied, 2) compiling indicators for each variable, 3) compiling a grid, 4) compiling statement items and establishing a measurement scale, 5 ) trial of the instrument, 6) analysis of the question items by testing the validity and reliability of each statement item. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the analysis of demographic factors of K-Pop Teen respondents in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Subdistrict, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, high results were obtained, namely with a mean of 3.21. This proves that demographic factors (gender and age) can determine the high and low level of liking. on Teen K-Pop. Then, analyzing the demographic factors of the respondents' Learning Motivation, obtained high results, namely with a mean of 3.3.13, this proves that demographic factors (gender and age) can determine the level of Learning Motivation applied. Descriptive analysis based on variables obtained the level of K-Pop Teenagers in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Subdistrict, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Regency with a mean of 3.23 which is in the high interpretation. Based on the variables, we obtained Learning Motivation in Teenagers in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Subdistrict, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency with a mean of 3.13 which is in the high interpretation. It was found that there was a significant influence between the K-Pop variable (X) on Learning Motivation (Y) in RW 03, Pangkalan Kerinci Timur Village, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, with a large influence of 22.90% with a low interpretation, because there was still 77.1% which is determined by other factors and is not part of this research.
