The problem with this research is that the UKS school health business program has not implemented the use of medical equipment as it should. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of school health efforts (UKS) in creating a healthy environment at AS-SHOFA Pekanbaru, Riau. Quantitative methods were used for this research. The population consisted of school principals, teachers, minor doctors and class V. The samples taken were 37 students who filled out the questionnaire because 3 people during the research did not go to class because they were sick, then 3 minor doctors Meanwhile, interviews were conducted with the school principal, UKS guard and sports teacher. The instrument used in this research is the Guttman scale in the form of a closed questionnaire, to evaluate the data provided using descriptive analytical techniques. Based on the results of research on the Implementation of School Health Efforts (Uks) in Creating a Healthy Environment at AS-SHOFA Pekanbaru Riau, it can be concluded that the level of success of the Implementation of School Health Efforts (Uks) in Creating a Healthy Environment at AS-SHOFA Pekanbaru Riau is in the Good classification, namely 75.92%.
