Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pegawai UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable. The population in this study included all Civil Servants (PNS) at UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, totaling 55 employees.
Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research. To test the hypothesis in this study, path analysis was used using the SPSS 26 for windows program. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census, namely making the entire population a sample of 55 Civil Servants (PNS).
The results of this study indicate that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline; 2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline; 3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) work motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable; 7) job satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable.
