Implementasi Manajemen Sekolah Dalam Penyelenggaraan Standar Proses Pendidikan Di SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir Kabupaten Kampar
SUMMARY
Good management, of course, refers to the management functions themselves, where the intended functions are none other than POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling). Based on the explanation above, the importance of improving the quality of education cannot be separated from the guidance of the school principal. Therefore, school principals should provide learning facilities and infrastructure. Creating quality education is very important to realize as well as possible. This article will cover how planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising school principal management contributes to creating quality education at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency.
This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Descriptive qualitative research is a research method that describes the conditions or phenomena that exist in the field. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interviews The subjects in this study were school principals, curriculum assistants, teachers, ADM staff, and student representatives at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. The determination of the sample in this study was carried out using non-probability sampling. Non-probability sampling This type of sample is not randomly selected.
The results of the study show that 1) the implementation of the school management planning function in the implementation of quality education process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir, Kampar Regency, can be concluded to be good. Various strategies have been adopted by school principals to improve learning. 2) It can be concluded that the organization of school management in the implementation of quality education process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir, Kampar Regency, is good. The division of this task according to expertise or competence 3) The implementation of school management in the implementation of quality education process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir, Kampar Regency, can be concluded as quite good. The things that are taken by the principal in quality improvement are improving the quality of teaching teachers and seeking the availability of teaching materials. 4) In the supervision of school management in the implementation of quality education process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir, Kampar Regency, it can be concluded that the supervision has been good, as can be seen from the supervision carried out by the school principal and school supervisors. Supervision is held once a month in order to find out or evaluate the plans that have been made.
