SUMMARY
The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive and significant influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of SD Nelgelri Elementary School teachers, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir District. The background of this research is based on the description of the performance of SD Nelgelri, Tembilahan District. The type of research being conducted was survey research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all teachers at SD Negeri Tembilahan District, totaling 73. While the sample for this study was 73 people with a sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection techniques, namely documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed that there was an effect on the leadership of the head of the school and the organizational culture on the teacher work perormance. The effect which was 92,8% the rest is determined by other factors that are not part of this study.
