SUMMARY
The purpose of this research is to analyze the significant and positive influence of the implementation of academic supervision on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kempas sub-district, Indragiri Hilir district, to analyze the significant and positive influence of teacher work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kempas sub-district, Indragiri Hilir district, as well as to analyze the significant and positive effect of implementing academic supervision and teacher work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kempas sub-district, Indragiri Hilir district.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Descriptive quantitative selection in this research Expost Facto method with correlational techniques (correlational research), namely correlation studies that aim to test hypotheses. The data used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Kempas District with a total population of 156 teachers. The sample in this study were 113 of the 157 population. The 113 samples were taken randomly by lottery. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Then for the purposes of the trial it was carried out at SD Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, which was not included in the sample of 30 people, by lottery. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis.
Based on the results of the first hypothesis test research, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect of academic supervision on teacher performance. This can be seen in the sig value of 0.000. The sig value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or the value of 0.000
