Analisis Indeks Kinerja Embung Pulau Karas Kota Batam

Karas Island Reservoir is a reservoir that functions to provide raw water. The Karas Island Reservoir is located on Karas Island, Galang District, Batam City, Riau Archipelago. The Karas Island Embung needs maintenance so that it can provide benefits to the community. This research is intended to assess the performance of the Karas Island Reservoir based on the evaluation aspects of the reservoir that have been determined by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. The aspects in question are Physical Aspects, Operational and Service Aspects, Security and Environmental Aspects, and Institutional Aspects. The methods used in this study are inventory methods, field surveys, interviews and field assessments and use descriptive analysis as data analysis. The performance evaluation of this reservoir uses a Likert scale calculation. The Likert scale is a measurement scale for evaluating the performance of reservoirs with good, adequate, and bad conditions. Based on the assessment analysis, it was obtained that the physical performance of the Karas Island Reservoir was 84.64% with good performance, operational and service performance was obtained at 80.00% with sufficient performance, for security and environmental aspects at 90.90% with sufficient performance, and institutional aspects obtained a performance value of 90.63% categorized in good performance. The recapitulation of the total performance of the Karas Island Reservoir was 84.47% and was categorized as good performance..
