Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Guru MA Kecamatan Rengat
SUMMARY
This research uses an ex post facto method. In this research there are three research variables, namely two independent variables consisting of School Culture (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), as well as one dependent variable, namely Teacher Commitment (Y). This research was carried out at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in Rengat District. The time for carrying out the research starts from creation in December 2022 and the research is completed until December 2023. The population in this research is all teachers of Private Madrasah Aliyah in Rengat District, totaling 65 people, the population in this research is used as the research sample. This research instrument uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using quantitative analysis with the help of the SPSS application.
Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the commitment of MA teachers in Rengat District. This means that teacher commitment will be better if the school has a conducive organizational culture. Then there is also a positive and significant influence of work motivation on the commitment of MA teachers in Rengat District. . Teachers who have good work motivation will always build a commitment to work harder and better to overcome all types of problems they face in the hope of achieving even better results. Apart from that, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the commitment of MA teachers in Rengat District. Shown by the contribution value of organizational culture (X1) Work Motivation (X2) to teacher commitment (Y) of 91.7%. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of organizational culture and work motivation together on teacher commitment has an interpretation or influence in the high category. Organizational culture, work motivation and teacher commitment are what really determine the success of the school. These three aspects have a direct influence on teacher activities.
