Implementasi Pelayanan Publik Pembuatan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (E-KTP) Di Kabupaten Bengkalis
The implementation of public services is a state effort to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen. The service in making E-KTP is one example of a form of public service provided by the government. One of the districts that is of concern and focus in this research is Bengkalis Regency.
The approach to writing this research was carried out sociologically. Sociological, which means reviewing the state of the existing problems in the field associated with the legal aspects that apply and regulate these problems. This research was conducted in Bengkalis Regency. Sources of data used are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data with data collection techniques by means of interviews, questionnaires and literature review.
The results of the study show that in terms of service and implementation based on Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services it is good but there are still some that are lacking, for example, the principles of worker professionalism and fairness. Then the supporting factor, namely the Pick Up Ball application in terms of facilities, is adequate. Some of the inhibiting factors are a little significant, namely in terms of time estimation, delays due to the network in making e-KTP and lack of public awareness in completing the requirements.
