Korelasi Dimensi Responsiveness Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Forensik Klinik Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara
Hospitals are a crucial healthcare facilities with varied levels of service quality. The fulfillment of service quality indicators is critical in determining healthcare quality. The quality of service provided by a hospital is a determinant factor in patient satisfaction, emphasizing the hospital's responsibility. One of the five dimensions used to assess service quality is responsiveness. The responsiveness dimension refers to the ability to respond to patients quickly and accurately. This research aims to determine the correlation between the responsiveness dimension in service quality and the satisfaction of forensic clinic patients at Bhayangkara Hospital in Pekanbaru. This quantitative analytical research utilizes previously collected data through a modified questionnaire. The research results revealed a correlation coefficient of 0.754 with a significance value less than 0.05, indicating a correlation between the responsiveness dimension in service quality and the satisfaction of forensic clinic patients at Bhayangkara Hospital in Pekanbaru.
