This research was conducted with a cross-sectional descriptive design that explains the characteristics of the elderly, home conditions, and the risk of falling in the elderly. Based on the results of a falling risk assessment with the assessment of the balance of the elderly, it was found that there was no high risk. Based on the results of a falling risk assessment with Morse Fall Scale, 11 elderly people are at high risk. Based on research data, there are 11 of 41 elderly (26.8%) who have experienced falling at home. From the results of home observations, found several kinds of potential causes of the elderly fall per part of the house. It can be concluded that in addition to intrinsic factors such as balance disorders, home conditions are also a risk factor for falling in the elderly so that aspects of home safety need to be considered.
