Analisis Usaha Dan Pemasaran Jamur Tiram Putih Di Desa Sialang Sakti Kecamatan Tenayan Raya (Studi Kasus Rumah Jamur Nando)
Nando's Mushroom House Business is a production and marketing business for white oyster mushrooms. White oyster mushroom production and marketing activities influence the costs incurred by business owners in the white oyster mushroom production process. The research aims to determine the characteristics of business owners and retailers, analyze business, and analyze marketing. The research was conducted in Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya District. The research method used is the case study method. The research data consists of primary data obtained through informant interviews, while secondary data was obtained from the Riau Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis, business analysis, and marketing analysis. Characteristics of business owners and retailers include: gender, age, highest level of education, occupation, and business experience. The total production cost of white oyster mushrooms is IDR 42,529,460.00 with a production output of 2,492 kg per cycle. The gross income obtained was IDR 72,235,000.00 and the net income was IDR 29,705,540.00 per production cycle with an RCR value of 1.70. Break Even Point (BEP) the price obtained was IDR 21,095,620.00 with the production of white oyster mushrooms being 728.6 kg per cycle. White oyster mushroom marketing consists of marketing channel I and marketing channel II. Marketing efficiency in marketing channel I is 0.67%, while in marketing channel II it is 2.60% so that a more efficient marketing channel is in marketing channel I.
