The objectives of this study were: 1) Analyzing the level of participation of rice farmers in Artificial Village I, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency, 2) Analyzing the level of agricultural extension programs in Artificial Village I, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency, 3) Analyzing the relationship between farmer participation in agricultural extension programs in Artificial Village I, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. This research method is a survey method and the sampling technique uses a census technique, namely 50 rice farmers. The analysis was carried out descriptively, answering the first and second research objectives using a Likert scale analysis tool, while the third objective used the Spearman rank tool. The results of the first research objective show that the level of participation of rice farmers is in the very high category with a score of 4.46. The second objective shows that the level of success of the agricultural extension program is in the very high category with a score of 4.44. The third objective shows that the relationship between participation in the agricultural extension program in Artificial Village, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency is in the quite strong category with a score of 0.478. The correlation coefficient number above is positive (+), which means that the higher the level of farmer participation, the higher the success rate of the agricultural extension program
