Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis
The important objectives of the research are to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on the work motivation of state elementary school teachers in North Rupat District, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the work motivation of state elementary school teachers in North Rupat District and to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and organizational culture on work motivation State Elementary School teacher in North Rupat District.
The research carried out was ex post facto. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach, because this research is presented with numbers. This research was conducted in North Rupat District with the research object being North Rupat District Elementary School. The population of this research is 128 teachers at SD Rupat Utara District. The sample for this research is 97 people taken using the Slovin formula. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested first. The data analysis technique uses a combination of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the principal's leadership variable on teacher work motivation has a probability value of sig. Of 0,000. Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, then there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership on teacher work motivation at SDN Rupat Utara District. Based on the results of the second hypothesis test, it was found that there was a significant and positive influence of school organizational culture on teacher work motivation. The sig value was smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or a value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it could be interpreted that the hypothesis stated that there was a positive and significant influence between Organizational culture on teacher work motivation at SDN Negeri Kec. North Rupat. Based on data analysis of the third hypothesis, it was found that there is a significant and positive influence of the principal's leadership and organizational culture on teacher work motivation. This can be seen from the sig value being smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or the value 0.000 < 0.05. so it can be interpreted that the hypothesis states that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and school principal leadership on teacher work motivation at SDN Negeri Kec. North Rupat. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and organizational culture on teacher work motivation is 86.40%, while the rest is determined by other factors which are not part of this research.
