The research objectives in this study are to analyze the significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Rupat District, to analyze the significant influence of principal leadership on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Rupat District and to analyze the significant influence between organizational culture and leadership school principals together on the performance of junior high school teachers in Rupat District. The research approach used in this research is by using ¬ex post facto research. The location where this research was conducted is in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The research implementation time will be carried out within 6 months starting from February 2023 to December 2023. The total sample for this study was 53 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple regression and multiple regression data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS Windows version 16. The analysis implementation stage includes descriptive analysis, analysis requirements testing and hypothesis testing.
Based on the research results, it is known that there is a significant influence between the Organizational Culture variable on Teacher Performance by 25.3%. Then it is also known that there is a significant influence between the Principal Leadership variable on Teacher Performance by 32.9% and it is known that there is a significant influence between The variable Organizational Culture and Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance is 35.3% with a low interpretation, because there is still 64.7% determined by other factors that are not part of this research.
