Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Kelanjutan Mitra Bisnis Pada Pt. Ajb Menggunakan Fuzzy Madm Metode Weighted Product

PT. AJB, a company that operates in the rental transportation sector and a company that collaborates with companies in the mining sector. This company has partnered with 15 companies. Currently, determining the continuation of business partners is done by looking at the invoice report every 3 months, then discussing it with the Director and Operational Coordinator. This method is considered less effective and efficient because the determination is only based on the observations of a director and operational coordinator and observations require a long time due to the large number of invoice reports that must be observed. This research aims to design and implement a decision support system that is able to facilitate the business partner continuity assessment process in a more structured and efficient manner. By using the Fuzzy MADM method, the weighted product method. Continuity is determined by several criteria, such as timeliness of payments, number of transactions, responsibility, and company image. System design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. Implementation in creating the system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The research results show A_4 with V_i = 0.1651, so it can be recommended to continue as a business partner at PT. AJB.
