Penerapan Manajemen Waktu Menggunakan Network Planning Pada Proyek Pembangunan Jaringan Irigasi Primer D.I Kawasan Sawah Laweh Tarusan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Sumatera Barat
Based on the S curve on the time schedule for the construction of the D.I Primary Irrigation Network for the Sawah Laweh Tarusan Area in Kab. Pesisir Selatan - West Sumatra can be seen from the plan curve and the realization curve, which shows that the work was completed on time, but the realization curve is below the plan curve, which usually indicates that the work is late. Under these conditions, it is estimated that there will be weeks where the workload is so fantastically high that from a scientific context it is illogical. Therefore, the author is interested in examining again whether the project implementation time is appropriate or whether additional time is needed. Critical Path Method (CPM) is the basis of a work planning and control system based on a work network. This research uses the network planning method to determine the project acceleration time and find out what activities are on the critical path. The use of the Critical Path Method (CPM) requires a project time schedule to determine critical activities. The results of this research influenced the project completion time, which initially had a duration of 300 days to 284 days.
