ABSTRACT
This research was conducted on borrowers of Micro, Small, and Medium
Enterprises on the Cooperative Savings and Loans Mitra Madani and PT. Bank
Riau. The purpose of this research is how the characteristics, increase in loans and
the steps of loans in the Cooperative Savings and Loans Mitra Madani and PT.
Bank Riau, how much the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
received loans from the Cooperative Savings and Loans Mitra Madani and PT.
Bank Riau in terms of earnings and the amount of labor, how to compare the
performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises received loans through the
Cooperative Savings and Loans Mitra Madani and Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises received loans through PT. Bank Riau.
In doing this research used two methods of analysis, descriptive analysis
and statistical analysis using T-Test.
After doing research it can be concluded that the development of Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises borrowers earnings at Cooperative Savings and
Loans Mitra Madani civil partner is better than Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises borrowers earnings at PT. Bank Riau, and development workforce
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises borrowers in Cooperative Savings and
Loans Mitra Madani as good as the amount of labor Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises borrowers in PT. Bank Riau.
