Analisis Indeks Kinerja Embung Setokok Kota Batam

Water storage buildings in the form of reservoirs are one alternative to meet the availability of raw water. Setokok Reservoir is located on Setokok Island, Bulang District, Batam City, Riau Islands Province. The effectiveness of Setokok Reservoir is very influential on the activities around the reservoir and on the performance of services to raw water. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the performance of reservoirs with an approach system using four aspects, namely: physical aspects, operations and services, building and environmental safety, and institutional. This research was conducted based on the assessment standards of the Circular of the Director General of Water Resources Number /SE/D/2017. The methods used in this study are methods, field surveys, interviews, inventories and assessments in the field, using descriptive analysis as data analysis. The assessment category of reservoir work criteria is given using the Likert scale method, which is a measurement of the value of reservoir performance in good, sufficient or bad conditions. Based on the analysis, the performance results of Setokok Reservoir from the physical aspect resulted in a performance value of 87,25% in good performance, operation and service performance was categorized in sufficient condition with a performance value of 62,50%, building and environmental safety was categorized in sufficient performance with a performance value of 61,20%, the last performance was institutional with a performance value of 93,75% categorized in good performance. Overall, Setokok Reservoir is still operating and in sufficient condition by obtaining a total performance of 77,87%.
