Indonesia has a diversity of culture and arts. There are many and various types of art. The presence of art can also add beauty to human life. Beautiful art is art that can be enjoyed by the sense of sight. Among them are the fine arts that can be enjoyed, namely painting. This design was submitted to painters in Pekanbaru City. The large number of talented painters in the city of Pekanbaru means that painters need a forum for fellow painters to gather. This design is located on Jl. Health in Senapelan District. This area is a cultural heritage preserve so that the building which functions as a community center as well as a painting art gallery can be visited by many people. With a Post-Modern architectural approach which has ideological, stylish and design idea characteristics, the resulting buildings are more varied in form and not too rigid and can also be adapted to the function of the building.
