Gambaran Nokturia Berdasarkan IPSS Dan Tango Pada Pasien Urologi Di RSUD Arifin Achmad
Nocturia is defined as the need for someone to get up at night on a regular basis (twice or more) to urinate. The primary objective of this study was to describe the nocturia of urology patients using IPSS and TANGO questionnaires. This was a descriptive study with univariate analysis done on October - November 2023 Urology Clinic of Arifin Achmad Hospital towards 158 patients. The data were collected with guided interview and questionnaire fulfillment for 15-20 minutes. The data obtained were treated and presented in frequency distribution table. The study showed the most nocturia patients were urinary tract stone patients, 32 (30,7%) patients. The largest age group was 41-50 years old and the gender was male 81 (75,7%) patients. The most LUTS degree was moderate degree 57 (53.3%) patients. Based on cardiovascular and metabolism the most patients were kidney illness 33 (30,8%) patients, the most sleep patterns on patients that stated poor sleep patterns were 68 (63.6%) patients, the most urinary tract patients that needed to urinate in 3 hours sleep were 99 (92%) patients, and the most quality of life to patients that complaint about bad health were 103 (96.3%).
