Hubungan Antara Lokasi Perdarahan Dengan Luaran Pada Pasien Stroke Hemoragik Yang Dirawat Di Bangsal Saraf RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

Background : Hemorrhagic stroke is a result of neurological deficit due to bleeding which has a small number of cases but a high rate of death and disability, so this event will affect the patient's ADL ability. One of the prognostic factors for hemorrhagic stroke is the location of the bleeding, which can be determined using a CT scan of the brain without contrast.
Objective : To conduct a correlative study that assesses the relationship between bleeding location and outcome in hemorrhagic stroke patients at Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital.
Method : The research method was cross sectional which was carried out at Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in Riau Province from August to October 2023
Results : Characteristics of hemorrhagic stroke patients, the majority are in the middle adult age group (35-64 years) and male (52.4%) with length of stay ≤ 7 days and (59.5%). Based on the location of bleeding, 32 cases (76.2%) were supratentorial, 15 cases (35.7%) were total dependent and severe dependent, 59.5% (25 cases) of patients were discharged alive. Based on statistical tests, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the location of bleeding and the outcome in hemorrhagic stroke patients
